Where can I park my car?

There are many parking garages near the theater, but remember that curtain times create added traffic.

Do I have to climb stairs at the theater?

There are no steps into the theatre. Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating locations. Wheelchair seating is in the Orchestra only. 


The Mezzanine is located on the 2nd level, up 29 steps from the Orchestra. There is an additional 20 steps up to the remainder of the Mezzanine. Entrance to Mezzanine is behind row E.


The Balcony is located on the 3rd level, up 77 steps from the Orchestra.


Please Note: On the Mezzanine or Balcony level, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row. Please be advised that where there are steps either into or within the theatre, we are unable to provide assistance.

Are there ticketing options available for patrons with disabilities?

Is there an Assistive Listening System at the theater?

Yes. Reservations for an Assistive Listening System are not necessary. Drivers license or ID with printed address is required as a deposit. Please call (212) 582-7678 to reserve in advance.

Is the theater wheelchair-accessible?

Wheelchair seating is in the Orchestra only.  There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating locations. Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. There is a wheelchair-accessible unisex restroom located on the main level.

Does the theater have air conditioning?

Yes.

Yes.
